The Sands of Time is the divine artifact of Chronax, the Platinum Dragon God of Time and creator of the First Flight of Time Dragons. These ancient dragons established the Order of Time, an organisation sworn to preserve the integrity of the timeline and defend the flow of history against corruption, manipulation, and those who would unravel the natural order of existence.

Taking the form of an ornate vessel containing shimmering platinum sand, the artifact is said to hold fragments of time itself. Each grain represents a moment that has passed, a moment yet to come, or a possibility that was never meant to be. The sands shift in defiance of gravity, occasionally flowing upwards or pausing entirely, as though the artifact follows a rhythm understood only by its divine creator.
